Qualifications

• Front desk receptionist role with warm, professional demeanor.
• Provide smooth check-in and guest information to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming first impression at check-in and assist with guest requests.
• Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
• Answer calls promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the department meets and exceeds quality standards.
• Manage guest reservations with accurate billing and check-in/out processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and preferences.
• Promote hotel amenities and upsell room categories, packages and services.
• Record cash handling and payments accurately and report discrepancies.
