The NoMad Hotel London is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to join our Front of House team, reporting to the Head of Guest Relations. You will deliver personal, friendly service, anticipate guest needs and create a homely, elegant atmosphere in a sophisticated setting.

Responsibilities include supporting the Head Concierge, guiding a team of concierges, doormen and porters, and maintaining impeccable service standards while building lasting guest relationships and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Previous Concierge experience in a property.
• Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication with strong customer service ethos.
• Leadership and delegation to build/train a team and meet business objectives.
• Knowledge of London-area restaurants, tours, theatres and activities.
• Full, clean driving license.
• Knowledge of Alice and Opera would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Head Concierge with day-to-day tasks.
• Supervise and support other concierge associates, Doorman and Luggage Porters.
• Develop and train the team to deliver excellent guest service and feedback.
• Maintain exceptional service standards with attention to detail and ownership of guest requests.
• Keep relationships strong with guests and brand partnerships.
