Job description

The Best Connection are currently looking for a warehouseman in the Mitcham area.

Working 8am-16.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30mins lunch break

Paying £12.21

Duties of a warehouseman:

• Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock on our system.
• Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves.
• Picking goods for deliveries, checking these are complete and in saleable condition.
• Performing warehouse inventory control checks, stock counting and location checks.
• Using our forklift and pallet truck as required to store finished products and components.
• Suggest & implement improvements to our storage processes.
• Assist our purchasing team.
• Maintaining a tidy warehouse and goods yard to ensure our operations run smoothly.
• Reporting to the Operations manager/Production supervisor.

What we are looking for in a product wiring and assembler:

• Previous Warehouse Experience: Emphasise the need for prior experience in a warehouse setting.
