Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join the DC team in Vault, Liverpool. If you have a proven track record in warehouse management and are available for weekday night shifts, we would like to hear from you.

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will:

1. Lead, manage, and control your area of responsibility in line with area-specific KPI targets and time constraints.
2. Drive, develop, and lead a successful team of admin and warehouse colleagues through positive behaviour, attitude, conduct, and communication.
3. Provide effective leadership, motivation, training, and development to your team.
4. Report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, from 22:00 till 06:00

Candidate Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and challenge your team to deliver high results and maximize productivity and service to stores.
2. Plan staff training and monitor performance and progress.
3. Ensure all KPI targets are achieved within your area of control and manage productivity.
4. Maintain pick accuracy levels.
5. Utilize space and MHE efficiently, ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
6. Conduct relevant audits and workplace inspections.
7. Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and share best practices.
