Our Team Managers have the operation nailed. They're responsible for driving results through their teams. It's up to them to ensure their people are engaged, well managed, and productive. It's fast and ever-changing - are you up for the challenge?

Reporting into the Department Manager, additional tasks include:

1. Monitoring and driving KPIs, taking action to ensure all are met daily and weekly
2. Setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating action plans to improve performance, including cost reduction and standard improvements across all areas
3. Identifying solutions to problems and driving continuous improvement strategies
4. Spotting and developing talent within your team through coaching and guidance
5. Looking after colleague welfare and enhancing attendance standards
6. Allocating tasks and conducting daily shift briefs

About you

Besides having a strong work ethic, you will also have:

• Management or supervisory experience within a large-scale production or warehouse operation, ideally in Food Manufacturing
• The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistency in service to customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills
• A proven track record of people management and delivering results through a team in a leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Assertiveness with the ability to make decisions on the spot
• A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
• An understanding of cost models, experience with budgetary control, and pest control management
