Warehouse Team Manager - Days
As a Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for a key part of our operations.
You’ll really ‘get’ the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they are motivated will be your priority!
You’ll lead the team putting safety at the forefront and working towards shared goals of delivering the best service!
Where has your journey taken you so far?
- Are you a great people manager?
- Do you have the ability to drive and motivate a team to work together and achieve their goals?
- Motivated to meet and exceed KPI’s?
- Experience with warehouse legislation, health & safety and audits?
- Love working in fast paced environments?
Whilst this is a varied role, key duties will include:
- Coaching the team to reach their full potential
- Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
- Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service.
- Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
- Carrying out good quality investigations
- And no matter what you’re doing, you’ll always be promoting and managing all safety
