Your Impact and Responsibilities…

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Organising and leading your team to meet and exceed productivity targets.
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of warehouse colleagues within your area.
• Supporting delivery of operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Planning workloads alongside Operations Managers and forecasting staffing needs.
• Ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conducting team performance reviews, coaching, and developing your team members.
• Managing employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and grievances in line with HR policy.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and fair working environment in line with health & safety directives.

Skills and Knowledge…

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in a warehouse or fast-paced distribution environment (FMCG preferred).
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
• Strong IT literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems.
• The ability to adapt, problem-solve, and lead by example.
• Flexibility to meet operational needs.
