Job Description:

We have an opportunity at our Speke Distribution Centre for a Warehouse Team Manager on a 12-month Maternity Cover basis.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday on a rotational shift pattern (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm).

As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage, and control your area of responsibility, in line with area-specific KPI targets and time constraints. You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training, and development to your team and report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.

What you will be doing:
  • Achieve and maintain pick accuracy levels
  • Drive consistent performance of KPIs and manage productivity
  • Lead, motivate, and challenge a team to deliver high results
  • Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practices
  • Ensure the safe delivery of stock to stores & all admin is maintained to a high standard
  • Use space and MHE efficiently, ensuring workplace health & safety requirements are met
