About Your role:

We are offering Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager roles at our Distribution site, where over 1000 colleagues work across a 24/7 operation.

Your role as Warehouse Team Manager involves engaging and communicating with your team to ensure efficiency in areas such as goods in, pick, and loading. You will leverage your experience managing a fast-paced FMCG logistics or warehouse team to focus on developing your team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

As we "Work with Purpose," key responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing colleagues and developing talent through coaching and guidance
• Setting targets, reviewing progress, and creating improvement plans
• Being solutions-driven by resolving operational issues and implementing continuous improvements
• Monitoring and achieving KPIs, taking necessary actions

About you

You should be a true people person, capable of operating at pace and thinking creatively. The following qualifications are desirable:

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
• Team management experience is preferred but not essential
