Grn-Search-Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, drive performance, and ensure daily operations run smoothly to meet service standards.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and KPI monitoring, while maintaining HACCP-compliant processes. The role offers progression within a fast-growing FMCG environment and enhanced benefits. Shift patterns include 5 in 7, with two weekly night shifts.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting.
• Experience in change management and driving team performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs.

Mansioni

• Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
• Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
• Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
• Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
• Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
• Week1/ 18.30-03.00 and Week2/ 22.00-06.30
