Job summary

Sysco Belfast is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Lead to supervise a section of the night shift in our new facility. You will lead order selectors and other warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time departures.

You will coach colleagues, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements to keep Sysco at the forefront of foodservice logistics in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Warehouse Management or supervisory role is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Fully flexible in relation to start and finish times to meet the needs of the business.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Exceptional communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of warehouse staff during the evening/night shift.
• Schedule and supervise operational activities to achieve goals.
• Monitor production, overtime, absences, tardiness, and related metrics.
• Provide coaching, training and corrective action to staff.
• Ensure HACCP and company standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports.
