Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory role is essential.
• Knowledge of FMCG warehouse processes is advantageous.
• Ability to drive team performance through coaching and training.
• Strong communication and hands-on leadership style required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
• Deliver training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, high-performing environment.
• Maintain warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria.
• Manage scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions.
• Support cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.
