YOUR ROLE

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join our fast-paced ecommerce operation in Ryton as a Warehouse Team Leader and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

This is a Monday – Friday role 6am - 2pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods through the warehouse, meeting the high standards required by our eCommerce customer. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, oversee daily operations, and ensure KPIs are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance across the site.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments and system updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, preferably within eCommerce logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and systems (WMS experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Understanding of health and safety practices and compliance standards.
