Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join the Adidas operation at Marston Gate. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse.

This full-time, permanent role runs Sunday to Thursday 14:00–22:00. The salary is up to £32,304 per year, with 25 days leave plus bank holidays and a broad benefits package.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve operational targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create a positive team culture, drive colleague engagement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and influence colleagues at all levels
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
• A positive, flexible and professional attitude with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. and continuous improvement
