Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for Adidas at Marston Gate, on the PM shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead and support a team to hit safety, quality, productivity and customer service targets in a fast‑paced, high‑tempo environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on coaching colleagues, driving continuous improvement, coordinating daily workload, and maintaining a positive team culture to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and influence colleagues at all levels
• Organised, proactive leadership with the ability to manage under pressure and deliver results

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team to achieve operational KPI, quality and productivity targets
• Manage daily workload allocation, resource planning and operational priorities to meet customer requirements
• Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with site procedures and standards
• Monitor colleague performance, absence and development, carrying out reviews and supporting ongoing training
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve team performance

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve operational targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create a positive team culture, drive colleague engagement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. If you're an organised and proactive people leader who enjoys coaching others, solving challenges and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 14:00 – 22:00
