GXO Logistics, Inc. at Adidas operation in Marston Gate is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the PM shift. You will lead and develop a team to hit safety, quality, productivity and customer service targets while maintaining a positive culture.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement, coach colleagues, manage daily workload, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in a warehouse/logistics/fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive and organised with ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve operational targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll create a positive team culture, drive colleague engagement, and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation. If you're an organised and proactive people leader who enjoys coaching others, solving challenges and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 14:00 – 22:00

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or fast‑paced operational environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and influence colleagues at all levels
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
