Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. You will lead and develop a team to meet safety, quality, productivity and customer service targets, reporting to the Shift Manager.

It is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, problem-solving and driving results. The role is full-time and permanent, Sundays to Thursdays, 14:00–22:00, with a salary of up to £32,304 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and influence colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive and organised approach with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
• Positive, flexible and professional attitude with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Adidas operation at Marston Gate on the PM shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll lead and support a team to achieve operational targets across safety, quality, productivity and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create a positive team culture, drive colleague engagement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 14:00 – 22:00
