Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking four Warehouse Team Leaders for our Avonmouth site. You will lead from the front, supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring operations are safe, efficient and aligned with service expectations.

The role is full-time with a 4-on/4-off or varying shift patterns. Salary is £35,000–£40,000 per annum, with 20–28 days’ leave, pension, life cover, an online GP service and discount–platform benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Proactive, detail‑focused and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

We are looking for four Warehouse Team Leaders to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Avonmouth site. You’ll lead from the front, supporting the Shift Manager and ensuring operational activities run safely, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working a 10am-8pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern or 10pm-6 am and 2pm-10pm shift pattern any 5 days put of 7.
