Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a PM Warehouse Supervisor for our Hayes site to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations and a dedicated team, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will manage staffing, rotas, training, and safety, driving efficiency while maintaining high standards. Shift pattern is Saturday–Wednesday, 14:00–22:00, salary £33,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Effective communication skills to give clear direction to your team under pressure and across teams.
• A calm and focused approach to prioritising daily tasks and meeting standards under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills grounded in practical decision-making for quick resolution of issues.
• Proficient computer skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, and aptitude to learn new tools; warehouse/logistics systems desirable.
• Strong time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
