Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role, motivating and managing teams.
• Effective communication to direct the team under pressure.
• Calm and focused approach to prioritising daily tasks.
• Problem-solving skills with practical decision-making.
• Proficient using Outlook/Word/Excel; adapt to new tools.
• Strong time management to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Forecast and plan staff requirements, including rota management and annual leave.
• Ensure labelling, sortation and warehouse productivity targets are met with quality.
• Provide thorough induction and ongoing training to staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations across the business.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies and uphold safety standards at all times.
