Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a supervisory role within a parcel sortation or logistics warehouse.
• Strong background in warehouse flow management and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise daily warehouse operations and the sortation process.
• Lead, train and motivate a high‑performance warehouse team.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and health and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
