Job summary

JCDecaux UK Limited in London (Brentford) is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator to keep daily logistics running smoothly while improving processes. You will coordinate inbound, outbound and stock movements and ensure accurate data in warehouse systems.

Ideal candidates have graduate-level education or relevant experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with comfort working cross-functionally across Operations, Purchasing

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements.
Ensure transactions are recorded in warehouse systems (e.g. SAP/WMS).
Produce reports and track KPIs such as stock accuracy and productivity.
Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and support improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with teams across Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet.
