JM&Co. Recruitment Ltd's client, a rapidly growing consumer goods business with a strong online and retail presence, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager to own the UK and European warehouse, inventory, fulfilment and international logistics operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires guiding a warehouse team, improving processes, maintaining stock accuracy and vendor coordination, and ensuring on-time dispatch across online marketplaces, B2B and

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or fulfilment team.
• Strong inventory management and stock-control knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
• Lead, support and develop the warehouse team.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock takes and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate UK, European and international shipments.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs agents and courier partners.
• Oversee fulfilment across online marketplaces, B2B and European customers.
• Monitor courier, warehouse and shipment performance.
• Maintain operational procedures, training guides and warehouse documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across the operation.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and company policies are followed.
