Job summary

The Delta Group is seeking a proactive Transport/Warehouse Coordinator to join our Logistics team in the UK. You will manage stock, despatch documents, and liaise with carriers, with a forklift licence as part of daily operations to ensure safe, efficient movement of goods.

You will work across production areas, maintain inventory accuracy, use handheld scanners, and help meet client SLAs while upholding health and safety and showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid reach and counterbalance forklift licences.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good IT skills and ability to use handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UK deliveries for Global Accounts and despatch.
• Operate handheld scanners to record parcels and pallets.
• Ensure safe loading of parcels onto vehicles and meet SLAs.
• Provide accurate delivery paperwork to drivers.
• Produce daily despatch reports and escalate issues.
• Support production schedules and maintain housekeeping.
