Job summary

JCDecaux UK Ltd is seeking a Purchasing & Data Coordinator, an entry-level role within the Logistics and Purchasing team. You will help with day-to-day coordination of purchase orders, stock administration, and keep purchasing data accurate in our systems (SAP, Sage, Excel).

You will support the Purchasing Manager and Coordinator with simple analysis and reports to help control costs and ensure materials are available.

Qualifications

• Some office administration or purchasing experience is helpful but not required.
• Good numerical ability and data handling.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Raise and receipt purchase orders for stock and non-stock items.
• Check quantities, prices and coding on POs and update as needed.
• Track order status and follow up with suppliers on late deliveries.
• Enter and maintain data in ERP systems (SAP, Sage) and Excel.
• Prepare simple spend and supplier reports to support procurement decisions.
