Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in Islington, London, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the inbound flow of products from suppliers through to warehouse facilities across the UK. You will coordinate shipments, monitor vessel departures and arrivals, manage documentation, support customs and freight invoices, and work with 3PLs and internal teams to drive improvements.

The role is suitable for someone early in their career with a logistics focus.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with shipping documentation, freight forwarding or inbound logistics is advantageous.
• Organised, proactive and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the inbound flow of products from suppliers through to UK warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate shipments, monitor vessel departures and arrivals, and manage documentation.
• Support customs and import activity, review freight invoices and maintain shipment data.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners, freight forwarders and internal teams, contributing to improvements and risk mitigation.
