Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee stock control and supervise warehouse operations at a company called Premier Logistics in Coalville, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone confident in leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and allocating daily tasks across picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
  • Overseeing stock accuracy, cycle counts and inventory checks
  • Using WMS systems to record and track stock movements (experience with Clarus or SAP is an advantage)
  • Monitoring team performance and providing training and ongoing support
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe and compliant
  • Managing dispatch operations to ensure orders are sent out accurately and on time
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
About You
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or stock-focused role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
  • Self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail
