Job summary

Saab UK is seeking a Stores Operative to join the Fareham Introduction team. The role involves receiving and processing stock, picking orders, packing for courier collections, and maintaining safe, accurate stores operations on site at the Fareham facility.

You will work within the Saab Seaeye division handling goods inwards, stock rotation, and ensuring efficient inventory control. The role requires willingness to learn quickly and a hardworking attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience required.
• Ability to work at height.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Forklift experience desirable.
• Enthusiastic and hardworking.
• Willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process stock in line with MRP.
• Label, pack and store stock safely and accessibly.
• Pick work orders and sales orders accurately.
• Perform general stores duties: loading, unloading, sorting and housekeeping.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Ensure yard is safe and organized with proper storage areas.
• Support waste processing and data entry for KPI reporting.
