Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking a Stores Operative to receive goods, process stock, and pick/pack orders for shipping. You will work within the Saab Seaeye division, ensuring accurate location of materials and adherence to MRP schedules in a busy, safety‑conscious environment.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and willingness to learn quickly. Some lifting and working at height may be involved, with full on-site duties at Fareham.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse or Stores experience.
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Experience with forklifts desirable.
• Willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow safety and manual handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials and process incoming stock.
• Pick Work Orders and Sales Orders per MRP schedule.
• Pack and ship orders to customers with correct labeling.
• Maintain stock accuracy and organize storage locations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use lifting equipment as required.
