Job summary

Saab UK, part of Saab Seaeye and the underwater robotics business, seeks a Stores Operative in Fareham. You will receive goods, process inbound stock, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate labeling and safe storage in line with MRP schedules.

The role requires previous warehouse experience, basic forklift knowledge, and a proactive, quick-learning attitude. You will contribute to a clean, safe yard and efficient stock control across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience is required.
• Must have experience working at height.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Forklift experience is desirable.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials.
• Process goods inwards according to MRP.
• Pick work orders and sales orders from picking lists.
• Label, pack, and ensure stock rotation and accuracy.
• Maintain yard, keep area clean and safe.
• Handle stock movements and use lifting equipment where appropriate.
