Responsibilities

• Lead a busy shift of around 50 staff across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee HR aspects, attendance, performance and briefing.
• Provide training to staff to achieve high quality and efficiency.
• Support the Shift Supervisor to ensure timely stock receipt, put-away and despatch.
• Ensure health and safety standards and stock integrity are maintained.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet efficiency targets and drive KPIs.
• Motivate the team and manage dynamics to optimise productivity.
