iForce Ltd, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Panattoni Park, Northampton. You will lead and develop the warehouse squad, ensure daily briefs, and drive productivity.

Salary from £27,790.02 per annum, plus Team Leader allowance of £2,779.00, with competitive holidays, life assurance, pension and retail discounts. This full-time, permanent role requires attention to stock accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity.
• Develop and train team members to maximise contributions.
• Carry out daily briefings to keep the team updated.
• Ensure health & safety and hygiene policies are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to prevent stockouts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and update the warehouse system.
• Assemble customer orders accurately and safely onto pallets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe storage practices.

Job description

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following: Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.

• Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
• Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
• Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
• Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and conduct validations to ensure accuracy avoiding stockouts including efficient and safe storage of goods.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages or damages updating stock information on computer system and warehouse WMS.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Attention to detail.
• Practical skills in inventory software (WMS, Microsoft Office)
• Good communication Strong organizational abilities
