Job summary

iForce Bardon, Leicestershire, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to oversee daytime and evening operations on a 37.5-hour week. You will lead teams, drive safety, accuracy, and service levels across two sites, and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when needed.

The role offers Monday–Friday shifts, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with overtime at time and a half, and a starting salary of £31,000 per year plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong WMS and Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Experience delivering on KPIs and targets.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations across shifts, ensuring targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse colleagues and Team Leaders.
• Maintain high standards of people compliance and accountability.
• Plan daily shift briefings and communicate priorities and safety messages.
• Monitor shift KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate labour resources to meet demand and service levels.
• Support training and performance development of team members.
• Ensure WMS transactions and inventory records are accurate.
