Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to lead a small team on a Sunday–Tuesday shift (7am–7pm). You’ll plan stock, allocate resources, and ensure stock integrity and KPI targets are met, while mentoring staff and maintaining safety standards.

You’ll partner with the Operations Manager to drive efficiencies, improved processes, and excellent service to customers across the Very network.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment and supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to monitor and improve staff performance against targets in a busy environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficiently run section responsible for achieving performance targets and KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety of work areas.
• Manage staff performance according to company policies and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate stock data and KPI reports for Operations Manager.
• Support operations and improve processes to drive efficiencies.
