Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee weekly planning of volumes, stock movements and budget adherence. You will lead a small team, ensure processes are efficient, and maintain accurate WMS data to support on‑site management.

You will liaise with customers, drive continuous improvement, manage KPI performance and report on shift outcomes while safeguarding stock integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and KPI targets.
• Proficient in stock control and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line management of a small team of operatives.
• Ensure efficient processes and staff training to standard.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate stock files on WMS and support senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage budgeting for staffing and admin on shift.
