Job summary

The Very Group is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team on a Sunday–Tuesday 7am–7pm shift pattern. You will plan weekly volumes, balance stock flows, and mentor operatives to meet targets. You’ll work with the Operations Manager to maintain strong customer service and optimise warehouse efficiency using the WMS.

Expected to drive stock accuracy, uphold safety standards, and deliver reliable KPI reporting while supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a warehouse operations team.
• Ability to plan and monitor stock levels and resources.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficiently run section to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety in work areas and accurate return-to-work docs.
• Manage staff performance, SLA compliance, and timely KPI reporting.
• Oversee stock integrity from receipt to dispatch and drive efficiencies.
