Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team on a busy shift, plan weekly volumes, maintain stock accuracy in the WMS, and collaborate with process managers to meet SLA targets.

You will coach operatives, monitor performance, and uphold safety standards while driving continuous improvement and efficient operation across the shift. This role offers stability and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to monitor and improve staff performance against targets in a busy environment.
• PC literate (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise work of others.
• Able to make judgemental decisions regarding safety and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficiently run section responsible for achieving performance targets and KPI's.
• Health and safety responsibility for work areas.
• Manage staff performance through company policies and SLA adherence.
• Produce KPI reports and data analysis for Operations Manager.
• Support the Operations Manager in developing commercial relationships.
• Maintain stock control and WMS accuracy, driving stock and operational efficiencies.
