Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring safety and accuracy in operations.

You will drive productivity, monitor performance, and deputise for management when needed, with opportunities to develop and progress within a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff
• Motivate and coordinate warehouse team
• Ensure workloads are completed safely and on time
• Monitor performance and resolve issues
• Support training, coaching and development
• Cover for absence and adjust workloads
• Maintain Health & Safety, HACCP and housekeeping standards
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality and customer service
• Act as deputy for management when required
