Job summary

Gist Limited, Thornbury, near Bristol, is seeking a Warehouse Section Leader to support night operations and help ensure safe, efficient processes across the shift. You will coordinate activity, assist with resource planning and monitor performance.

You’ll work with the Warehouse Shift Manager, help with attendance and people processes, provide clear direction, and drive improvements in accuracy, speed and safety within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Ability to monitor and act on KPIs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with people processes and attendance management.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activity and outbound coordination.
• Assist with resource planning to meet demand.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to improve performance.
• Maintain operational reports using systems and MS Office.
• Support attendance, holidays and availability across the shift.
• Aid Warehouse Shift Manager with people-related activities.
