Job summary

Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG in Bicester is looking for a Shift Manager to drive operational excellence across designated buildings within our Loan Pool operation. You will lead and inspire teams to achieve targets and ensure outstanding service delivery across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems; JDA/RedPrairie experience advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Warehouse Front Line Managers to ensure daily operational performance and team engagement.
• Manage stock integrity, productivity, facilities, and resources for smooth site operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and performance enhancements.
• Plan, review, and communicate operational requirements to meet customer and business expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while operating within budget.
