Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel seeks a Warehouse Night Shift Team Leader in London to direct a warehouse team during the 7pm–7am night shift. Role focuses on supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supporting the Shift Manager in achieving cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.

The position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication to manage performance, attendance, and HR administration while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities for a warehouse team and ensure proper procedures are followed
• Support Shift Manager and take ownership in their absence
• Oversee inbound/outbound cargo flows, manpower, and equipment for cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements
• Lead performance reviews and manage attendance and HR administrative tasks
