Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Bicester is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a multi-skilled team on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm). You will report to the Warehouse Team Leader and support driving and warehouse duties to meet contractual performance.

The role requires experience with targets, PC literacy, and MHE where applicable, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to KN standards. You will operate the WMS, conduct stock checks, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience of working to agreed targets.
• PC literate.
• MHE licence (where applicable).
• Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, loading.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Reliable and committed to attending work on time.
• Good Communication skills.
• Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete the daily MHE safety checks.
• Carry out picking, packing, goods receipt, checking and loading/unloading.
• Operate WMS and carry out computer-based tasks.
• Maintain KN 5s standards in the work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Follow trained work instructions.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct.
• Report accidents and incidents.
• Aim for team productivity and accuracy.
