Pay Rate and Contract Details

Pay Rate: £25,478.31 per annum

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm on Fridays)

Every day on our HMPPS contract offers unique challenges! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting inmate rehabilitation by leading a diverse team in a warehouse environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading and hands-on involvement in picking and packing with prisoners
• Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (on-site at the prison)
• Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

Candidate Requirements

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work within a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Basic computer literacy
