Location: Beck House, Littleton, Chester
Full-Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week | £13.70 per hour with enhanced overtime rates of £15.70 per hour

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation journey of our residents. You’ll lead and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring exceptional care and outcome-focused support at every step.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day-to-day operations alongside the Service Manager.
Supporting residents in daily activities to promote independence.
Supervising and mentoring Support Workers.
Safely administering prescribed medication.
Allocating duties effectively across the team.
Championing person-centred care and positive relationships with residents and families.
Maintaining accurate, respectful records.
Promoting safeguarding, confidentiality, and best practices at all times.
Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
Leadership experience or a strong desire to take the next step into a leadership role.
Empathy, resilience, and dedication to making a difference.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Ideally, Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
