Job Title: Care Team Leader

Rate of pay for this role is £14.60 per hour.

We have one vacancy for a 39-hour per week position.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.
2. Manage medication administration within the household, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date customer plans.
3. Plan effectively to handle challenges, supporting individuals' needs while managing team responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Empathetic, experienced, and compassionate leadership qualities.
• NVQ Level 3 in Care or working towards it.
• Experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
