Pay Rate:

£25,478.31 per annum

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type:

Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8.00am - 5.00pm Mon to Thurs, 8.00am - 2.30pm on Fridays)

HMP Berwyn - LL13 9QS

Note:

This role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting rehabilitation by leading a team of prisoners and managing warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and working alongside prisoners in a warehouse environment, including picking and packing
2. Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse on-site at the prison
3. Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
4. Meeting and exceeding operational targets

Requirements:

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work in a prison environment with inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Basic computer literacy
