Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver (Diesel) based in Bishop Stortford

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, with or without Counterbalance FLT (diesel) experience, to join a busy and well‑established operation.

Role Details

• Warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and general housekeeping
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (diesel) if licensed
• Manual handling involved (boxes up to 22kg)
• Fast‑paced environment requiring good physical fitness

Hours

• 40+ hours per week
• Early starts: 5am-6am to 3pm
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Pay Rates

• £12.50 per hour (without FLT)
• £13.50 per hour (with Counterbalance FLT licence)

Requirements

• Counterbalance FLT licence (diesel) preferred but not essential
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Own transport essential due to site location
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early starts
