Connect Appointments are seeking a warehouse operative to join our prestigious client in Newcastle!

What's on offer?
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
  • Paid weekly at £12.96 per hour
Working as a Warehouse Operative

Your main duties will include loading and unloading boxes from storage racks, moving documents and boxes to designated areas, and ensuring that the warehouse is organised and efficient. Therefore, the ability to undertake manual handling is essential for this role.

Your duties will include:
  • Retrieving records from warehouse storage
  • Inputting data into an in-house system
  • Preparing records for scanning
  • Removing staples and photocopy covers
  • Preparing documents in batches for scanners
To be successful

within this warehouse role, you'll have good attention to detail and accuracy. Combined with good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - including manual handling.

To ensure the smooth running of operations, each candidate must complete a strict government vetting process, including identity verification, financial checks, sanctions checks, and reference checks. Proof of address is also required in the form of an official letter dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement.

Please Note:

A valid basic DBS certificate (3-months old or a new application) is needed to pass the required checks.
