Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator for our Northampton site. The role covers inbound and outbound operations and requires supporting the shift team, managing documentation, and maintaining customer relationships.

Shift patterns start 6am-2pm with progression to a 5-out-of-7 schedule. Ideal candidates will have admin experience in a busy environment, knowledge of warehouse systems, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• General administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience within a logistics environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer bookings and carry out all contract administration tasks accurately.
• Liaise with shift leadership and help resolve queries for the shift team.
• Control inbound and outbound documentation including load manifests.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and customers.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships and handle queries efficiently.
• Administrate and maintain workbooks to control warehouse operation and stock data.
• Perform other duties to meet business needs as required.
