Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator for the Northampton SDC site (NN7 2FR). The role runs 6am-2pm with progression to a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, offering a salary of £28,537.32 per year.

You will handle bookings, documentation, customer liaison, and reporting to support efficient warehouse operations. Ideal candidates have general admin experience, logistics exposure preferred, and familiarity with warehouse systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• General administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience in logistics is desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer bookings and complete contract administration on time per procedures.
• Liaise with shift leadership; support the team and resolve queries.
• Control inbound/outbound documentation including load manifests.
• Prepare timely and accurate management and customer reports when required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and handle queries efficiently.
• Keep workbooks and records up to date to control warehouse operation.
• Assist with data flow and operational requirements across teams.
